Long Haired Hammy Why Not?
Ok So i have a long haired hammy and she will be turning 8 months old in a coulple of weeks. So why hasn't her hair grown out? It's only got a couple long hairs behind her ears and at her but. Does it grow out when she gets older? I had another hamster but she was a short ahir shor i need some advice.... ASAP....

You won't notice a whole lot on female long hairs...they get most of their growth behind their ears and at their butt.

yes.. females don't have long hair like males. males are the ones with the really fuzzy look i had a long haired syrian hammy once it was a female and her hair was really long behind her ears her butt i trimmed the long hair around her butt...well good luck with your hammy =)
