Exclamation Help! Urgent!

HELP! My black bear(Syran) hamster gave birth a little over two weeks ago. She had ten babies, but immediatly ate three of them. Over time we lost three more, ending with five. This morning I woke up to find one of the babies alone in teh corner, not moving, and covered with shavings. The other babies were nursing, and when I tried to put it back, Tequila(the mother) rejected it. Currently it is next to me, I have it ontop of a ziplok with warm water. It's breathing, but is there anything I can do to save it? Me and my mum are determined to save him. Would maybe kitten formular work? The rest of the babies, including this one, are eating regular food, and many of them have their eyes open. Please hurry! I don't know how long he'll last.

i'm so sorry!

try to NOT mess with mum and the rest of the babies until they are weaned, don't clean the cage, don't touch her, don't touch the babies, she is ovbiously a VERY nervous mother and does not trust you around the babies (sorry, hamsters are just picky like that) give it another 2-3 wks, then seperate EVERY single hamster into their own individual cages.

as they are syrians (black bear, teddy bear, panda bear, etc...just fancy names that pet shops use to charge more) they will fight to the death if not seperated.

a cheap way of doing it is to get individual rubbermaids and drill holes in the lid for ventilation.

Goodluck, and I'm sorry one of your babies died.
