Smile Magnolia Fly..(some more ebay questions..) lol~:P

Ok, good thing I figured it out bymyself most of the things, turns out someone did outbid me! ugh! and those boots looked really good too.. Anyways I wanna buy this helmet now, my questions are:
1)Can you place several bids on the same item? is there a limited number of bids?
2)Is there any way you can keep the watch under control, so you can actually win something without someone else getting it in the last minute?
3) If you win something, how should u pay? is there a protection from people who want to take money from credit cards? and what is a PayPal system, i dont get it...

thanks you so much!!!

Yes you can bid on the same item several times. After you post a bid, if someone else outbids you, you can bid again to outbid them.

As for not getting outbid at the last minute that is a tough thing to battle against. There is a website that will bid for you at the last second if you want to pay them to do it.
To prevent this find a good buy-it-now deal. (Those are hard to find I know, but sometimes it pays off)

As for paypal, you have to have a bank account and a credit card. To open an account there is a big hassle, you have to give them the bank account number, then they deposit a few cents in it and then after you see the deposit you go back to paypal and enter in the amount and the bank account number again. Personally I dont like paypal. The ebay billpoint system works better and you can use a credit card or electronic check with that. Opening that account is MUCH easier.

Yes there is protection from people that either
a. Dont pay for the item
b. Dont send the item when paid for.

The bid is contract, the person must sell the item for the price specified and send it when the item is paid for. make sure you look at the seller's feedback to see if they have had any bad feedback recently.

Ebay has a good frequently asked questions page that is very informative! You might try reading that too!
