Timing of Compassion

When you know there leaving is there anything to do? The time is running short and the dark hours draw close. The waiting never stops and the pain keeps on raging. It dosent stop. The wind howls at your door and death is upon you, you can smell it, in the air... Fresh as the life but dank as the rotting of a corpse. the time hits 2 and there is nothing for you here. shes gone. The time is to mourn and none to spare. She brought so much love and joy to your life, now what is it? meaningless. The pain grows each day and you can feel it on your neck, burning in your heart and stroking your chest. The thumping never stops. it comes. never stops, it burns.
