I am sitting on my computer and suddenly are here this weird screaching. I try to find where it is coming from suddenly i look outside and my 3 horses are in their corral. it looks like one of them is caught in the fence. then she moves away from the fence. so she isnt caught. but then i see the other horse touch its head on the other ones rump area. she screaches the same screach i heard before plus she bucks once. then everything is find the the other horse does it again the same thing happens. Why is she screaching just because her friend is touching her head on her rump

Okay quick question, is her companion a gelding or a mare. Is she a bred mare or not. My mare does that when my another horse does that to her so unless she seems like she is in pain I wouldn't worry about it to much. Did you talk to the owner?
Hope you kind find out what's wrong Haley |

answer to question
her companions are a mastang mare and a quarter horse gelding. she is not bred. well what is really weird the horse that was screeching is usually and it seemed the gelding is being the boss but this time the gelding was.:fangel: this is really strange
i dont understand what you mean by did you talk to the owner? she didn't seem like she was in pain but she seemed like she was the most scared thing in the world. like maybe someone was getting really mad at her or someone was going to hurt her. her attitude seemed more like a humans than a horses. i dont know what was wrong i feel so bad

They were probably just playing and things got out of hand. Screeches and loud bellows are warnings to whatever horse may be near to back off, and if that doesnt work a kick might ensue.
Just be sure to check your horses the next morning and make sure play didnt turn into bad wounds. |
