My Mister's Eyes <A Poem>

Green are the two eyes
of my furry little friend
He watches me intently
His affection will never end

Jade, his eyes do seem
late into the dark night
but in the rays of sun
stones of emerald bright

Sometimes I do wonder
if there could be more
behind brilliant green eyes
mischief--what they stand for

A verdant forest so bright
They light up when he plays
Ever changing chartreuse orbs
Shades so pretty in his gaze

This is about my kitten Mister Cuckoo (lol I know the name is silly but he earned it!). He has gray with silver highlighted fur. Mister started with two orbs of blue sapphires, but later ended up with the most beautiful green eyes that seem to change different tones of only greens. I had fun writing about my Grey little Phantom. Hope you enjoyed it too!

lol i think they look so green there because I used flash and most of his eyes got the lighting! looking at it closer they aren't glowing green like that in normal life haha but he does have pretty green eyes! thank you both for the lovely comments!
