Its called an avatar and you handle it in your account profile.

scroll up the page and where it says in big pink letters"TELL YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT US" next to it(left) you'll see "avatar", so there, pick one u like and click submit. You can also put your own avatar, but u have to search the internet to find some small animation sites(hard to find), when u find one , right click on it, go to "properties", copy the URL Adress then go to "avatar" again, and on the bottom, and paste it. and submit!!!
Good Luck!!  P.S as u noticed all my avatars I used from other sites...

ussually I just surf the web and look for little animations, but its a bit hard to find... heres a site I found, but it does have a lot of big ones which may not work here.
