Ok, I am definately going to go with sugar gliders. Does anyone have hints or ideas on how to build the perfect cage?
I know it has to be BIG to allow play and glide room. I am going to be building the cage into an exsiting closet. The opening is about 8 feet wide and 6 feet tall. I know that the "fencing" has to be small, but any hints on the inXin per side? Or better materials. Chicken wire worries me I was looking at something that was 1/2inX1/2 openings metal squares covered in a thin plastic...I have to check to see if if the coating is non-toxic.... Thanks for your help everyone! ~Shanna

I am thinking 6 ft long by 3 feet deep by 6-7 ft high. I think I am going to tare apart one of my closets and build it into that. Thanks for the help though.

No problem...
When I get my camera back in working order I'll show you a picture of my glider cage. Its not in a closet, though thats a great idea. It measures at 7' tall, 4' wide and 4' deep. I had to modify a lot, but I copied the basics from that link.
